Google Loses Another Ruling

The US Court of Appeals in the Second Circuit has ruled against Google. Google was offering competitors trademarked names to advertisers as a search term so the advertisers’ ads appeared when searchers put in competitors’ trademarked names. This was held to be a violation of trademark law.
